M69 northbound over M6 Junction 2 maintenance work starts January 8
Work on the M69 northbound including re-waterproofing the bridge over M6 Junction 2, resurfacing, road markings and the replacing of bridge joints is due to start on Monday January 8 and to be completed by the end of May 2024.
Work will be mainly carried out through the day from 8am to 5pm.
Most work will be carried out under lane closures and 24/7 narrow lanes but will be occasional road closures with diversions in place. These will take place from 10pm to 6am, with reduced speed limit and speed enforcement in place.
Access for emergency service vehicles will be maintained throughout.
